World renowned chef Gordon Ramsey has a restaurant that will surprise and delight the taste buds while you sit overlooking the crystal clear sea. There are six other eateries in the resort, each offering a different dining experience in elegant chic surroundings. Michelin-starred Chef Giancarlo Perbellini’s take on Italian classics is definitely worth a visit!
Accommodation
There are eight different hotels within the Forte Village resort. Accommodation ranges from quite simple 4 star rustic cottages to 5 star luxury rooms and bungalows. Inter-connecting rooms and family bungalows offer suitable accommodation for different sized families.
